Amana, CTM Messagerie and Tawssil, Cash Plus's parcel service, price mainly by weight. For a parcel from Casablanca to Marrakech, this is what their simulators and price grids gave on 21 October 2026, taxes included:

Within one city the gaps change: for 5 kg delivered inside Casablanca, Amana shows 58 DH, CTM Messagerie 61.87 DH at the agency, and Tawssil 28 DH on tawssil.ma or 20 DH on cashplus.ma.

02Amana, CTM, Cash Plus, Ghazala: each carrier's price

• Amana (Barid Al-Maghrib)Casablanca to Marrakech, 56 DH up to 1 kg, 59 DH up to 5 kg, 69 DH up to 10 kg, 86 DH up to 15 kg and 121 DH up to 31 kg, taxes included according to its simulator, the same price at the agency or at home (read on 21 October 2026). Cash on delivery adds 12 DH. The PDF price grid still online at poste.ma, starting at 46 DH, dates from 2019: don't rely on it.
• CTM MessagerieCasablanca to Marrakech, 58.77 DH for 2 kg collected at the agency and 78.15 DH delivered to the door, 125.49 DH for 20 kg at the agency, taxes included according to its calculator (read on 21 October 2026). The calculator gives no price under 2 kg, and its terms ask for a parcel over 1 kg.
• Cash Plus (Tawssil)from 1 to 5 kg, 28 DH within a city, 50 DH to another city and 60 DH to or from Laâyoune and Dakhla on tawssil.ma; 20, 45 and 55 DH on cashplus.ma's Tawssil page, the same day (21 October 2026). Both pages say "taxes included": ask for the price at the counter before you pay.
• Ghazalano published price. Its site asks you to request a quote; it announces more than 80 agencies and 24-hour delivery (read on 21 October 2026).

03The cheapest option for your parcel

• A 1 to 20 kg parcel from one city to anotherTawssil, dropped at a Cash Plus agency, 45 to 85 DH depending on weight and which page you read.
• A parcel within the same cityTawssil (20 to 28 DH up to 5 kg) if you drop it off yourself; or a courier who collects it, at the price they offer.
• Over 20 kgAmana takes up to 31 kg for 121 DH from Casablanca to Marrakech; Tawssil's price grid stops at 20 kg.
• Weekly e-commerce orders, paid on deliveryan e-commerce delivery company, 18 to 25 DH within a city and 35 to 40 DH to the major cities, pickup and cash collection included.
• A bulky or urgent parcel, or one to collect from your doora courier already making the trip, by car or van.

These offers usually include pickup from you, delivery, cash collection and paying the cash back to you, within 24 hours at most of them, weekly at Cathedis Silver. They are posted prices, often "from" prices: each company has its own conditions on pickup city, weight and volume. 06What sets the price of a delivery

• Weight and sizeat Amana, CTM and Tawssil it's the first factor; a parcel that fits on a motorbike doesn't cost what a parcel needing a van does.
• The zonesame city, major city, remote or mountain area. The further a destination is from the main roads, the fewer parcels a courier can group on the trip.
• Speedwithin the hour, same day, 24 hours, or 48 to 96 hours.
• Cash collectioncollecting, carrying and handing over cash is a service in itself; at Amana it costs 12 DH extra.
• The returnsome charge for it, others include it up to a percentage of your parcels.
• Pickupfrom your door, or you drop it at an agency; at CTM Messagerie, home delivery adds about 19 DH to collecting at the agency.
• Insuranceoptional with some carriers, charged on the declared value.

07The real cost of a delivered parcel

The number that matters is what you spend for each parcel actually delivered and paid for:

Cost per delivered parcel = (delivery fees + return fees + packaging) ÷ number of parcels delivered

Example: 100 parcels shipped, 80 delivered and 20 refused, with delivery at 35 DH per delivered parcel, a 10 DH return fee and 3 DH of packaging per parcel:

08The costs people forget

• How long your cash takes to come back: a weekly payback means a week of sales sitting with the carrier.
• Cancellation fees and fees for a second delivery attempt.
• Storage beyond the agreed time when the recipient doesn't answer.
• Confirmation time: the calls and messages before shipping that prevent part of the refusals.

10How to compare courier offers

• The price, of course, against the distance and the size of the parcel.
• The vehicle: a motorbike for a small parcel in town, a car or van for bulky ones.
• The record and ratings left by other senders, for the courier and for their company.
• A "cash not received" flag on the offer: another sender said they didn't get their cash. Call before you choose.
• How the delivery fee is paid: in cash at pickup, or taken from the cash collected.
