Terms of use

These terms govern the use of the Delivery Center (Centre Livraison) mobile app and of centrelivraison.com, published by MAROC HUB DIGITAL SARL AU. By creating an account, you accept them. Read them: they describe what Delivery Center does, and above all what it does not do.

1. What Delivery Center is

Delivery Center is a marketplace: it connects senders who have a parcel to deliver with independent couriers who offer to deliver it. The sender posts the parcel, couriers make offers, the sender accepts one.

Delivery Center is not a carrier. We never take possession of the parcel, we do not deliver it, and we are not a party to the delivery contract, which is formed directly between the sender and the courier.

Delivery Center handles no payment. The delivery price and, where applicable, the amount to collect on delivery are settled directly between the sender, the courier and the recipient, outside the platform. We have no wallet and hold no funds.

2. Who can use the service

You must be at least 18, hold a valid Moroccan phone number and have the capacity to contract. An account is personal: it cannot be lent or transferred.

Couriers must also be verified by our team before they can accept parcels, and hold any licence, insurance or authorisation the law requires for the vehicle they declare.

3. Your account

The account is created with your phone number, verified by a code sent on WhatsApp. You are responsible for everything done from your account. Tell us immediately if you think it is being used without your consent.

The information you provide must be accurate and kept up to date, in particular the vehicle, the covered cities and the name shown to other users.

4. Sender commitments

  • Describe the parcel honestly: size, weight, fragility, content, exact addresses and contacts.
  • Only send parcels weighing 1.5 kg or more: the platform does not accept lighter shipments.
  • Never hand over a prohibited item: illegal or dangerous goods, weapons, large amounts of cash, live animals, or any item whose transport is regulated without the required authorisations.
  • Have the right to share the recipient's details and inform them.
  • Be available at pickup and pay the courier the agreed price.
  • Confirm the delivery in the app as soon as it has taken place.

5. Courier commitments

  • Accept only parcels you can actually deliver, within the proposed time.
  • Take care of the parcel from pickup to handover and hand it only to the named recipient.
  • Hand over the full amount collected on delivery to the sender, as agreed with them.
  • Do not use contact details obtained through the platform for any purpose other than the delivery.
  • Update the delivery status in the app at every step.

The courier works fully independently: they choose the parcels they accept, their hours and their route. Nothing in these terms creates an employment, agency or partnership relationship between the courier and Delivery Center.

6. Offers, acceptance and cancellation

An offer binds the courier who makes it. Its acceptance by the sender forms the delivery contract between them, on the terms of the offer.

A delivery can be cancelled in the app before pickup. Repeated cancellations, uncollected parcels and unconfirmed deliveries are counted and may lead to a warning or a suspension.

7. Ratings, reports, blocking and warnings

After a delivery, each party can rate the other. Ratings must be honest and remain courteous. You can report a parcel, a person or something they wrote, from the app; and you can block a user: you will no longer see each other's parcels or offers. Every report is reviewed by our team, which may remove the content, issue a warning, withdraw a courier's verified status or suspend an account.

We review reports within 24 hours. Content that breaches these terms is removed, and the account that posted it is warned, suspended or closed.

8. What is prohibited

  • Creating several accounts, impersonating someone or providing false information.
  • Using the platform for an illegal parcel or to circumvent a law.
  • Harassing, threatening or discriminating against another user.
  • Posting objectionable content in anything you write on the platform — a parcel description, a note, an offer, a name, a rating or a reason: insults, threats, harassment, hatred or discrimination, sexual content, or any illegal content. We have zero tolerance for such content and for abusive users.
  • Bypassing the platform to avoid the verification, rating or reporting rules.
  • Scraping data, testing security or disrupting the service without our written consent.

9. Fees

Using Delivery Center is free for senders and couriers as of the date of these terms. If fees are introduced, they will be announced in the app at least 30 days in advance, and no fee will apply to a delivery accepted before that date.

10. Liability

Delivery Center provides the matching tool and undertakes to keep it available with professional care. The service is provided "as is"; we do not guarantee that a parcel will find a courier, nor that a delivery will be carried out.

Loss, theft, damage or delay of a parcel, failure to hand over a collected amount, and damage caused by a parcel or during its transport are the responsibility of the sender and the courier between themselves. Delivery Center is not liable for them, except for proven fault on its part.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability, if engaged, is limited to direct and foreseeable damages.

11. Intellectual property

The app, the site, the Delivery Center brand and their contents belong to us or are used under licence. You have a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right of use, limited to using the service. The content you post (photos, descriptions, comments) remains yours; you allow us to display it within the service to make it work.

12. Suspension and termination

You can close your account at any time (see "Delete my account"). We may suspend or close an account in case of breach of these terms, fraud, risk to other users or legal obligation, with notice except in urgent cases. Ongoing deliveries must be completed or cancelled in good faith.

13. Changes

We may change these terms. Important changes are announced in the app before they take effect; continuing to use the service after that date counts as acceptance.

14. Governing law and language

These terms are governed by Moroccan law. Any dispute not settled amicably falls under the competent courts of Casablanca.

These terms exist in Arabic, French and English. In case of discrepancy, the French version prevails.
