How it works
An offer in your company's name
- You spot a parcelOn the board, in the cities your company serves.
- You make the offer in your company's nameYour price, the day, the pickup time, and the courier from your fleet who will deliver. One offer per company per parcel.
- The sender choosesThey compare your offer with those of independent couriers and other delivery companies.
- You can change courier before pickupThe sender gets the new courier's name and number. After pickup, no more changes.
- Your courier delivers and hands over the cashThey collect at delivery and hand the amount straight to the sender, hand to hand.
The company account
What signing up asks for
The company account is created in the app, on the manager's account.
- Your number and a password, with a code by WhatsApp
- Your name, your company's name and city
- Your ICE number (15 digits) and the cities you serve
- A business email address, confirmed with a code
The team checks your company, then you invite your couriers by their number. Each keeps their own account.

Do I need a company to deliver on Delivery Center?
No: independent couriers deliver on their own account. The company account is for delivery companies with a fleet and an ICE number.

Yes. Each courier has an account in the app, and you invite them into your fleet by their number. They keep their own offers alongside and belong to one company at a time.
Who hands the collected cash to the sender?
Your courier. They collect it at delivery and hand it straight to the sender: the company never handles senders' money.

Signing up and making offers are free, with no commission today. Any future fee would be announced at least 30 days ahead.
When can I sign up my company?
