New parcel in your city

What you need

Four things to start

No company to set up: you sign up in your own name and work when you want.

  • A vehicleA motorbike, a car or a van. Large parcels, over 10 kg, need at least a car.
  • Licence and insuranceThe ones the law requires for your vehicle. We never ask for a copy of your ID card.
  • An iPhone and a Moroccan numberThe app is on the App Store, and Android is coming soon. Your number gets a code by WhatsApp when you sign up.
  • A status for your incomeYour earnings must be declared. The auto-entrepreneur status is the simplest: the guide walks through the steps.

How it works

From sign-up to your first delivery

  1. Sign up in three stepsYour number and a password, then your name, cities and vehicle, then the parcel size you accept.
  2. The team checks your accountBefore your first offers, the team checks your sign-up, without keeping a copy of any document. You are told in the app.
  3. Get the parcels in your citiesSwitch to “On duty”: an alert reaches you for every new parcel in your cities, at your size. The board also shows how many offers each parcel already has.
  4. Name your priceYour amount, the day and the pickup time. No rate card: the sender compares the offers and chooses. Until it is accepted, you can withdraw your offer.
  5. Deliver with the delivery codeYou update the parcel at pickup and at handover. At the door, the recipient gives you a 4-digit code: the right code confirms the delivery.

The cash

The cash rules, written in advance

Everything is paid in cash, hand to hand. No money passes through us, and every dirham handed over leaves a record in the app.

  • Your fareThe sender pays it in cash: at pickup, or out of the collected cash, as set in their request.
  • The collected cashIt belongs to the sender. You hand it over and tap “I handed over”; they confirm “I received”. With no answer from them after 48 hours, it counts as received.
  • A ceiling at firstEvery new courier starts with a ceiling on the cash they collect, lifted after their first confirmed deliveries.
  • No commissionSigning up, alerts and offers are free today. Any future fee would be announced at least 30 days ahead, and never on a delivery already accepted.
  • After pickupYou can no longer cancel: you deliver, or you bring the parcel back. A return you choose counts on your record; a refusal by the recipient does not.
