From the Meals tab to your door
- Open the Meals tabPick a restaurant in your city. No account needed to look.
- Fill your basketThe dishes, then the delivery price, shown before you order.
- Tap “Order”An account is asked for at that moment, and your basket stays. The restaurant accepts and cooks.
- Get your mealThe courier brings it in a closed bag. You pay in cash and give your code.

The door code
Your meal goes only to you
Once a courier is on your order, the app shows you a four-digit code. You give it to the courier at the door, so the meal reaches the right person.

Meal delivery questions
How do I pay for my meal?
In cash, at the door, to the courier: the price of the dishes and of the delivery. Nothing is paid online.
How much is delivery?
A fixed price by the distance between the restaurant and you. It shows in your basket before you order.
Is there a service fee?
No: 0 DH. You pay for the dishes and the delivery, nothing else.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, free of charge until the restaurant accepts it. After that, if the app tells you no courier has taken your meal yet, you can cancel again while that is so.
What if the restaurant doesn't answer?
Your order closes by itself if the restaurant doesn't accept it in time, and you pay nothing. If no courier takes it on, it closes too, with nothing to pay.
What is the four-digit code for?
It makes sure the meal reaches the right door. The app shows it once a courier is on your order, and you give it to them at the handover.
Do I need an account to order?
Not to browse restaurants and their menus. An account is asked for when you tap “Order”, and your basket is kept.
