In Morocco, "delivery app" means three different things. For a meal, it's Glovo, Kooul or Yassir: a restaurant cooks, a rider brings it straight over. For groceries, the same apps deliver from supermarkets too, and the big chains run their own services. For a parcel of 1.5 kg or more, within your city or to another one, it's a different category: on Delivery Center, you post your parcel, independent couriers and delivery companies offer their price, and you choose. This guide sets out each one fairly, including what it's like to work for them. Delivery Center publishes this guide: we describe what each app does, with no paid ranking.

02Meal delivery: Glovo, Kooul, Yassir
Glovo
The most widespread app: founded in Barcelona and almost 94% owned by Germany's Delivery Hero, Glovo delivers in 38 Moroccan cities according to the press in 2025, and Morocco is its fourth-largest market worldwide. It delivers from restaurants, supermarkets (Marjane, Carrefour Market) and pharmacies, and also lets you send an item from one address to another within your city. In July 2025, Glovo reached a settlement with Morocco's Competition Council, committing to more transparency and fairness on its platform.
Kooul
A Moroccan app, run from Casablanca by ORA Technologies. It lists more than 800 restaurants, grocery delivery, and payment in cash or by card. On its website, Kooul says it operates in 12 cities, from Casablanca to Oujda, with more than 8,000 active riders: those are its own figures.
Yassir
In Morocco, Yassir offers meal delivery (Yassir Food) and groceries (Yassir Market), with its own partner riders. Delivery fees vary with distance and show in the app before you order.
What about Jumia Food?
Jumia shut down its meal delivery, Jumia Food, at the end of December 2023, in all seven countries where it ran it, Morocco included. If a list still mentions it, the list is out of date.
03Groceries and supermarkets
The meal apps deliver groceries too: Glovo from chains such as Marjane and Carrefour Market, Kooul and Yassir from their own selections. The chains also have their own services: Marjane sells online with cash on delivery, and Carrefour works through Bringo, which delivers the same day or the next. For a heavy or large order, compare the fees: they change from chain to chain and city to city.
04Sending a parcel: a different category
A meal app delivers fast, within your city, something a business has prepared. A parcel you need to send is another matter: a box of clothes for family in Agadir, an online shop's order, something you sold to a buyer in Tangier. There are two ways to go about it:
- A carrier's branchyou drop the parcel at Amana (the post office), CTM or another carrier, at their listed rate. Our guide to sending a parcel between cities compares their prices and delivery times.
- A marketplaceyou post your parcel, and couriers and delivery companies come to collect it, at the price they offer you.
An online shop's orders often go through an e-commerce delivery company, a carrier that collects from you and takes the cash on delivery: our 2026 comparison of delivery companies in Morocco sets nineteen of them side by side, on what each one publishes.
Delivery Center
Delivery Center: the app for parcels
- You post your parcel: the pickup address, the delivery address, the size, and any cash to collect.
- Independent couriers and delivery companies offer their price, with their vehicle, history and ratings. You choose.
- All over Morocco: 151 cities, from Tangier to Dakhla, within your city or between cities, for parcels from 1.5 kg.
- Cash on delivery: the recipient pays the courier in cash, and the courier hands it to you in person. Nothing passes through Delivery Center.
- No commission: the price you accept is the courier's.
06What is the best delivery app in Morocco?
There isn't just one: the right app depends on what you want delivered.
- Dinner tonight in Casablanca, Rabat, Marrakech or Tangier
- Glovo, Kooul or Yassir: compare restaurants, fees and current offers
- A meal in a mid-sized city
- Glovo, which covers the most cities
- The weekly shop
- Glovo, Kooul, Yassir Market, or your supermarket's own service
- A parcel of 1.5 kg or more, within your city or to another one
- Delivery Center: couriers and delivery companies offer you their price
- A small item under 1.5 kg
- the post office and carriers at their branches
- Tracking a parcel already sent
- your carrier's website or app
07Working for a delivery app
- Glovoyou deliver meals and groceries on its rates, as an auto-entrepreneur. In 2024 the company put the average full-time rider's income at 6,300 DH a month, before tips; in 2025, striking riders protested a base rate of 6 DH per delivery.
- Kooulit hires riders through its dedicated app, Kooul Rider.
- Yassirit's looking for partner riders for its meals and groceries.
- Delivery Centeryou deliver parcels from 1.5 kg, in the cities you choose, and you set your own price, with no commission.
